Hao's Nissan Sunny SR20DE

This Nissan Sunny came to us for a full build — from the engine and suspension right through to the finer custom details. One of the main goals was to create a clean, floating engine bay, which meant a huge amount of custom fabrication and planning went into the build.

We started by removing the existing engine and preparing the bay for all the new components needed to bring the vision to life. From there, we installed ITBs, fabricated custom headers, and built a full custom exhaust system to suit the setup.

To keep the engine bay as clean as possible, we tucked the radiator, made a custom mount for the overflow bottle, hard-lined the brake lines, and carried out countless other custom modifications throughout the build.

The result is a highly detailed, fully reworked Nissan Sunny that blends performance with a seriously refined finish.
